You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a portfolio of clients within the collective transport industry, such as coach operators, urban network operators, public authorities, and dealers.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Prospecting new clients
- Managing and developing an existing portfolio
- Identifying client needs for spare parts (mechanical, bodywork, tires, electrical)
- Drafting and following up on commercial offers until order completion
- Negotiating commercial conditions (price, deadlines, delivery)
- Ensuring order, delivery, and payment follow-up with internal departments
- Participating in bid responses related to spare parts
- Managing the partner service points network
