A Used Vehicle Sales Advisor (M/F) Job Description Established in 2005, Lecluse Automobiles Group comprises over 19 car dealerships: Audi, Audi Sport, Volkswagen, Seat, Skoda, Cupra, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, MAN, and Porsche in 16 cities in the Greater West and the Centre.
Today, it has more than 500 employees, all experts in their respective fields.

Your main missions:
With a strong commercial spirit and excellent interpersonal skills, you will handle activities related to the sale of used vehicles.
Within our company, you will be responsible for various tasks:
– Welcome and inform customers – Prospect, inform, advise, and follow up with clients (on models, prices) – Develop the customer portfolio – Identify customer needs and propose the most suitable models (technical specifications, engine, fuel consumption, integrated or optional equipment…) – Advise, retain, and satisfy to boost sales – Develop financing/services associated with sales – Enhance customer satisfaction before, during, and after the purchase – Apply sales processes (calls/follow-ups with prospects and clients) – Promote the brand image and the dealership during events

Desired profile
Profile sought:
- You have a Bac+2 education in commerce and at least 2 years of successful experience as a sales representative, ideally in the automotive sector.
- You are naturally drawn to such missions. Your business sense and customer service orientation are your strengths.
- Dynamic, results-oriented, proactive, you know how to persuade and satisfy the client. You are comfortable with clients and proficient in computer and office tools.
You share the company's values of hard work, integrity, and seriousness.
