As the key contact within the store, you will handle customer interactions either over the phone or at the store’s counter. Your responsibilities include welcoming customers, providing technical advice, and managing spare part orders. You will conduct product reference searches, and inform customers about pricing and availability timelines. Continuous communication with call center colleagues and delivery drivers is required.
