Your main mission is to ensure the conformity and good condition (technical, safety, presentation) of the equipment offered for rental and organize the workshop's work, including planning, interventions, and repairs. Your mission is divided into three main axes: Maintenance and Repair: Perform maintenance (upkeep and repair), carry out diagnostics of breakdowns, perform on-site troubleshooting if necessary, and monitor interventions/repairs carried out by subcontractors. Team Coordination: Plan the activities of the workshop and park team, conduct a weekly park tour with the park manager, train the workshop team if necessary, or propose training opportunities. Workshop Management: Prepare quotes, supplier orders, check the conformity of received parts and services, schedule periodic maintenance/regulatory checks with clients, keep activity follow-up documents updated, report on the progress of works relative to set objectives, manage stock, and evaluate local suppliers.
