Job Description:

A position titled Onsite Mechanic H160 (m/f) has opened within Airbus Helicopters at its Marignane site.

You will join the team in charge of the new series runway of the H160 helicopter.

Our service is responsible for the initial flight and delivery of the new H160 helicopter.

The role involves conducting operations necessary for the implementation of an aircraft on the runway. We also participate in ground points to correct rotor balancing and work closely with flight personnel. We conduct daily inspections and maintenance operations, and finalize the aircraft for presentation to the final customer for delivery.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Conduct setup and testing of helicopter equipment before and after flight tests
• Perform pre-flight and post-flight checks
• Execute fixed points and flights
• Engage in debriefings with flight crews
• Conduct maintenance operations
• Implement final configuration changes
• Fill out quality documentation
• Contribute to the product's continuous improvement

Skills:

• Hold a Vocational Baccalaureate or BTS in aeronautics or relevant military experience in aeronautical maintenance
• Open to change and proactive in deploying new processes
• Strong digital orientation (tablets for MES, connected tools, transported or local RFID cases, ...)
• Proficient in launching flights, maintenance operations, airworthiness follow-up, and updating aircraft documentation
• Good interpersonal skills, adaptability, and teamwork spirit

Language Skills:

• Technical English: Intermediate level
• French: Fluent

This position requires a security clearance or eligibility for clearance by recognized authorities. Business travel may be required; candidates must be willing to travel accordingly.
