As part of your commercial objectives and with a focus on customer loyalty, your main missions will include:
- Maintain and develop the assigned network of agents;
- Increase your portfolio of agents to achieve their sales targets;
- Ensure commercial coverage of your area;
- Meet and advise customers on products;
- Promote and sell vehicles and services;
- Build customer loyalty to achieve your sales targets;
- Conduct telephone prospecting using provided customer sheets and manage commercial leads;
- Expand your client portfolio and business indicators;
- Implement merchandising of sales areas (arrangement and cleanliness of spaces, clarity of offer and pricing);
- Review contracts and sign order forms.
Recommended Training: High school diploma to 2-year degree in commerce, CQP salesperson.
Knowledge Required: Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Experience: Prior experience in automotive sales preferred.
