As a Motorized Equipment Mechanic, you'll work under the workshop manager's supervision, focusing on both preventive and corrective maintenance of tools and machinery used in public works and landscaping. Your key responsibilities include managing preventive maintenance tasks like oil changes and inspections for public works, agricultural, and green space equipment, including 2-stroke and 4-stroke small motorized tools. You'll perform repairs either in the workshop or on-site, ensure drivers conduct routine maintenance, report any equipment malfunctions to management, and undertake small welding tasks to customize equipment for specific project needs. Plus, you'll manage material deliveries to storage facilities. You should ideally have a CAP/BAC in agricultural mechanics and experience in agricultural and/or public works mechanics. A B license and forklift license (Category 3) are indispensable.
