Your tasks will include calibrating and checking equipment, using diagnostic cases, ensuring manufacturer recommendations are followed, particularly Service Standards, updating technical documentation, scheduling interventions, preparing quotes, assisting network technicians with diagnostic, repair method issues, using manufacturer's tools and technical documents, proposing appropriate technical solutions, and building strong and lasting relationships with clients.
