Job description
We are looking for a mechanic for one of our clients based in Saint Laurent sur Sèvre.
Key Missions & Activities
- Preventive and Curative Maintenance: Identify and control all wear parts of the vehicle, perform pre-checks methodically, conduct maintenance according to manufacturer recommendations, replace mechanical parts following the appropriate procedure, and participate in creating cost estimates.
- Diagnostics: Identify the vehicle, its system (mechanical, pneumatic, etc.), and causal parts, such as engine, transmission, and braking systems.
- Roadside Assistance: Record each step of the intervention in VAS 24/7, verify vehicle identity data, repair the vehicle respecting safety rules, and document the process.
- Specialties: Provide technical support in areas including industrial vehicles, semi-trailers, utility vehicles, and electric vehicles.
Profile Sought
- Prerequisites: Knowledge of BAC PRO, BTS, CAP, Vehicle Maintenance License, or equivalent experience.
- Mandatory Trainings: Based on site activity, includes driver authorizations and safety training.
