Under the supervision of the Maintenance Leader, the Maintenance Operator handles mechanical maintenance of the factory equipment.

Main missions include:

  • Responsible for carrying out preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance operations.
  • Participate in diagnostics and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure maintenance work adheres to health and safety regulations.
  • Conduct safety rounds (interactions, STOP 5, CCC, safety declarations, CRM).

Requirements: Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience; autonomy in general mechanical tasks.

Personal Skills: Safety leadership, rigor, team spirit, and commitment.
