Our Camo Emploi agency in Limoges is hiring for its client, a transport specialist based in Saint-Chély, a HEAVY VEHICLE MECHANIC N/F to strengthen their teams.
In this role, you will:
- Ensure maintenance and repair of forklifts, perform diagnostics, repairs, inspections, and adjustments as well as the first-level maintenance of heavy vehicles.
- Manage the charging room of electric forklifts.
- Lead handling teams (5 forklift operators) and coordinate their activities.
- Regularly report activities to management.
- Ensure the safety of workshops and equipment.
- Act as a liaison for management on-site.
You hold a degree in vehicle or agricultural mechanics (BEP, CAP, or Bac Pro) and have about ten years of proven technical experience in these functions.
Experienced and technical, you have mastered forklift maintenance and repair as well as the first-level maintenance of heavy vehicles.
Organized and rigorous, you can lead and coordinate a team of forklift operators while ensuring the safety regulations and equipment maintenance are adhered to.
Autonomous and responsive, you manage the tracking and reporting of activities to the direction, serving as an efficient bridge between ground teams and management.
