Manpower TOULOUSE AERO ENGINEERING is seeking a Mechanic Assembler for a key client in the aerospace sector. The "New Assembly" department is responsible for providing assembled, tested, and controlled equipment, ensuring quality and timely delivery to the Exit Control Service.
Responsibilities include:
- Assembling components from individual parts and conducting tabletop tests and equipment checks, emphasizing quality, conformity, functionality, reliability, timing, and productivity.
- Utilizing available documentation effectively.
- Following, implementing, and analyzing assembly instructions.
- Proposing technical solutions for product quality improvement.
- Reporting process improvement suggestions to the assembly unit leader.
- Reporting any anomalies or non-conformities affecting equipment functionality.
- Adhering to safety guidelines while working.
- Applying and evolving the company's quality system procedures when necessary.
Qualifications:
- A diploma ranging from Bac Pro to Bac+2 in mechanical maintenance, industrial maintenance, or mechanical and industrial engineering.
- Experience in maintenance and repair of mechanical assemblies.
- Technical curiosity and a keen interest in functioning within a demanding industrial environment.
- Methodical with strong analytical skills, capable of problem-solving using English technical manuals.
- Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in reading English is required.
