The Mechanic Assembler works independently from a machine file, module, or sub-assembly, assembling machines, modules, and sub-assemblies. They participate in tests, machine adjustments, and customer acceptances. The role involves client visits for machine installation and troubleshooting, fostering complete autonomy.

Key Activities

• Independently perform a series of assembly operations.
• Conduct self-checks and validate compliance with client expectations, identify potential anomalies, and initiate necessary modifications, improvements, or suggestions.
• Ensure and guarantee machine adjustments in full compliance with the client’s requirements and make necessary adaptations, proposing modifications to the design office if necessary.
• Update diagrams, document changes on documents or plans, and maintain proper documentation.
• Conduct machine tests and participate in client acceptances.
• Fulfill all responsibilities following the company’s safety procedures and regulations.
• Contribute to the initiation of already realized projects using their experience.

Professional Knowledge:

• Ability to measure dimensions and read schematics.
• Knowledge and mastery of production processes and assembly techniques.
• Respect deadlines and set objectives.

Skills:

• Promote and adhere to safety standards at all times.
• Knowledge of industrial drawing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

Attitude:

• Autonomous in the workshop and during external operations.
• Strong organizational skills.
