As a Machinery Mechanic, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of forest equipment such as skidders, harvesters, chainsaws, grinders, and winches. You will conduct mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic diagnostics, perform necessary repairs, and ensure preventive maintenance to avoid in-field breakdowns. You must be willing to work on-site in challenging conditions, ensuring safety protocols are met. You'll also be involved in preparing and setting equipment, ensuring they are adjusted appropriately for specific forestry projects, and maintaining safety and environmental standards at all times.
