Our Poitiers Adéquat agency is recruiting new talents: automotive mechanic (M/F).
Responsibilities:
- Perform regular maintenance and revisions on light and utility vehicles (oil change, shock absorbers)
- Diagnose issues using electronic devices
- Replace worn-out parts
- Make necessary adjustments
- Maintain the workspace
Profile:
- CAP, BEP or equivalent, Bac pro or CQP in automotive maintenance
- Previous experience required
- Curious, meticulous, and methodical
- Team player with a service-oriented mindset
- Adaptive and skilled at handling measurement tools
Compensation and Benefits:
- Fixed hourly rate + 10% end-of-mission + 10% paid leave
- Collective and/or individual bonuses + profit sharing + CET 5%
- Weekly advance pay if needed
