As a Lead Mechanic, your primary mission is to ensure the compliance and optimal condition (technical, safety, presentation) of rental equipment, while also organizing the workshop's workflow (scheduling, interventions, repairs).

Main Responsibilities:

1. Maintenance and Repair: Conduct maintenance and repair of equipment, diagnose breakdowns, provide on-site troubleshooting if necessary, and oversee the work done by subcontractors.
2. Team Coordination: Schedule and plan the activities of the workshop and yard teams, conduct weekly rounds with the yard manager, and train or propose training for the workshop team as needed.
3. Workshop Management: Prepare estimates, issue supplier orders, check the conformity of received parts/services, plan periodic maintenance/regulatory checks with clients, and track their progress. Keep activity documents updated and report work progress against objectives, manage parts and consumables stock, and contribute to the assessment of local suppliers.

This role requires a background in technical training (BEP/ BAC Pro/ BTS in industrial maintenance, heavy machinery, or agricultural maintenance) with previous experience in a similar position.
