Your responsibilities:
- Advise and support private and professional clients (SMEs) with tailor-made insurance, pension, and financial solutions.
- Develop, retain, and manage your client portfolio through quality service and recommendations.
- Meet clients in person (at the agency or at home), by phone, or via video conference.
- Ensure the administrative follow-up of your files, supported by efficient digital tools and a dedicated support team.
Your profile:
- Completed an apprenticeship and/or have initial work experience. Experience in insurance is an advantage, but not mandatory.
- Excellent command of French (spoken and written). Knowledge of another language is a plus.
- Service-oriented personality, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for advice.
- Autonomous, organized, rigorous, and motivated by achieving objectives.
- Comfortable with IT tools and new technologies.
