Your daily tasks will include:
- Conducting simple diagnostics;
- Performing maintenance, adjustment, or repair of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical systems on vehicles;
- Acting according to the predetermined repair order;
- Applying defined methods and processes;
- Optimizing interventions in terms of time and cost for the client;
- Ensuring high service quality to meet the goals of reducing workshop return rates;
- Contributing to customer satisfaction and achieving Quality of Service objectives.
