Job description
ATS EMPLOI is seeking a Heavy Vehicle Mechanic (M/F). As a Heavy Vehicle Mechanic, you will work under the supervision of the workshop manager and be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and servicing of heavy vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, or electronic faults
- Repair and replace defective parts
- Make adjustments and tune vehicles
- Perform preventative maintenance on heavy vehicles
- Conduct regular technical inspections
- Fill out intervention sheets and reports
- Comply with safety and hygiene standards
- Participate in training new employees
Required Skills:
- Training in heavy vehicle mechanics
- Significant experience in a similar position
- Mastery of diagnostic tools and equipment
- Knowledge of automotive electricity and electronics
- Ability to work in a team
- Autonomy and diligence in work
- Holding a category C driving license is a plus
- Adherence to safety instructions
