We are actively seeking a highly qualified Heavy Truck Mechanic (M/F) to join the dynamic team led by Sébastien and Frédéric, our workshop managers in Rixheim.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs, overhauls, and periodic checks of industrial vehicles, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Conduct diagnostics to detect vehicle malfunctions with particular expertise.
• Proficient in engine refurbishment.
• Skilled in gearbox refurbishment.
• Carry out roadside assistance.
• Conduct general vehicle inspections and detail the work done in the repair order (OR).
• Strictly adhere to customer commitments, both in terms of tasks to be completed and timelines.
• Alert the manager of any additional work needed and consult the manufacturer's technical documentation.
• Perform vehicle tests post-repair (if holder of heavy vehicle license).

Requirements:

• Significant experience in mechanics.
• Skills in engine and gearbox refurbishment.
• Holding a category C driving license is an asset but not mandatory.
• Excellent diagnostic skills.
• Willingness to stay updated with technical developments, organizational skills, and teamwork ability.
• Professional integrity, adherence to instructions, and autonomy.
