As a heavy-duty mechanic, your role is to work on vehicles according to customer requests as specified in the work order. You assess the feasibility of each request based on the vehicle's condition and alert the workshop manager in case of any issues or inability to meet the work order requirements. You document all interventions performed for billing purposes.

You should be able to perform at least the following tasks: oil change and lubrication, repair of brake systems, maintenance of suspension systems, repair of lighting and signaling circuits, as well as preparing and driving vehicles for technical inspection. You are also responsible for maintaining the workshop in a clean, organized state, managing waste, tools, and safety.

The position is based in La Bâthie and involves daytime work hours. Salary will be discussed during the interview based on your experience and professional profile. You hold a BEP-level diploma in heavy-duty mechanics or a vocational diploma in industrial vehicle maintenance, or you have at least 1 to 2 years of professional experience in the mechanics field. Your expertise extends to mechanics, electricity, or electrotechnics. You have the ability to diagnose and analyze breakdowns.
