You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and delivery of the new H160 helicopter by performing essential ground operations. You'll collaborate with flight personnel, balance rotor repairs, conduct daily inspections, and execute maintenance tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Set up and test helicopter equipment before and after flight tests - Perform flight and post-flight inspections - Conduct fixed-point tests and flights - Participate in debriefings with flight crews - Finalize configurations and complete quality documentation - Drive continuous product improvement Qualifications: - Diploma or BTS in aeronautics, or equivalent military experience in aeronautical maintenance - Open-minded and proactive in implementing new processes - Technically savvy with digital tools (MES tablets, RFID equipment) - Proficient in Technical English and fluent in French - Security clearance required, along with flexibility for business travel.
