Responsibilities include diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults, conducting vehicle adjustments and testing post-intervention, and maintaining technical files and intervention reports. A background in mechanics (automotive or heavy-duty) is required, along with a passion for utility and heavy-duty vehicles, the ability to work independently and in teams, strong client service orientation, and excellent relational skills.
