Under the direct supervision of the Technical Team Leader, your missions will involve:

• Receiving a repair order and conducting an administrative analysis of the technical request, analyzing the vehicle's history
• Taking charge of the vehicle and identifying all anomalies
• Using diagnostic tools to understand the origin of the anomalies, analyzing the fault log, and consulting the technical solutions provided by the manufacturer. If necessary, consulting the manufacturer's technical platform using the diagnostic tool and implementing all requests from the technical platform
• Providing the technical solution via the handwritten repair order to the Technical Team Leader who will prepare the repair estimate
• Performing vehicle repairs if the malfunction is of an electronic nature or assigning repairs to the mechanical team
• Conducting a road test to ensure the vehicle is properly repaired.
• Must possess either the TEAVA diploma or 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Must be certified in handling electric and hybrid vehicles
• Must have accreditation for climate control systems
• Knowledge of the DialBox tool is a plus
