Your Main Responsibilities

Seeking a second experienced New Vehicle Salesperson to strengthen our team. This key role combines individual customer acquisition (BtoC) with strategic professional sales development (Companies - BtoB).

Your Mission

Become the Commercial Engine of the MG Brand at our showroom, managing the entire sales cycle and driving growth:

  • Expert Welcome: Greet and advise demanding clients, highlighting MG's hybrid and 100% electric models.
  • Sales Performance: Master the sales process from demonstration to closing, achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Financial & Services Expertise: Offer comprehensive knowledge of finance solutions and additional services such as warranty extensions and maintenance contracts.
  • BtoB Development: Identify and develop a portfolio of professional clients in your territory.
  • Client Loyalty: Ensure rigorous and high-quality follow-up to foster long-term client relationships.

Desired Profile

We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented automotive sales professional:

  • Essential Experience: Proven successful experience in selling New Vehicles (VN) at a car dealership.
  • Dual Competence: Comfortable with BtoC and BtoB sales cycles.
  • Electric Expertise: Strong understanding of electric vehicles and keen interest in new technologies.
  • Technical Mastery: Excellent knowledge of sales techniques, commercial follow-up, and automotive finance mechanisms.
  • Human Qualities: Customer service-oriented, excellent interpersonal skills, autonomous, and dynamic.
