As an Experienced Automotive Technician Mechanic (M/F), your primary responsibilities will include estimating work on trade-ins, diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, performing all mechanical interventions (various repairs, telematics, etc.), installing accessories, and client roadside assistance and towing. Your tasks will be performed in compliance with our manufacturer's procedures with the aim of improving customer satisfaction (retention) and quality indicators.
You should have a proficiency in technical and IT tools, and exhibit teamwork, discipline, organization, autonomy, and dynamism, with a commitment to satisfy and retain clients.
