To strengthen our workshop team and support the center's growth, we're hiring an experienced mechanic specializing in heavy mechanics. The brand-new center provides a comfortable working environment with state-of-the-art machines and tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform heavy mechanical interventions (engine, gearbox, clutch, timing, transmission components, etc.).
- Diagnose complex faults and propose suitable solutions.
- Ensure the quality and safety of interventions according to standards.
- Occasionally oversee quick service operations when needed.
- Contribute to the workshop's organization and productivity.
- Opportunity to advance to workshop manager or technical lead role.
Desired Profile
- Degree in automotive mechanics.
- Minimum 5 years of heavy mechanics experience.
- Strong technical skills and diagnostic acumen.
- Team spirit, autonomy, diligence, and client satisfaction oriented.
- Interest in sector advancements (electric and hybrid mechanics).
