Job description
As a crucial part of the workshop, you will:
- Diagnose complex malfunctions (electrical, electronic, or mechanical).
- Ensure the proper condition and updates of diagnostic tools.
- Perform requested interventions on vehicles (repair, maintenance, upkeep).
- Write and send 'Product Incident Forms' to technical services.
- Communicate with manufacturer technical platforms.
- If necessary, conduct vehicle tests before and after intervention with the customer.
- Document and order spare parts.
- Ensure adherence to manufacturer repair methodologies.
- Maintain the tools entrusted to complete your missions.
- Contribute to achieving the service's quality and profitability objectives.
Qualifications:
- Hold a Bac+2 to Bac+3 level qualification.
- At least 3 years of experience in automotive after-sales.
- Experience as a COTECH/Automotive Expert Technician.
- Knowledge in IT and diagnostics.
- Team-oriented with great curiosity.
- Meticulous, rigorous, and customer satisfaction-focused.
