Our Reims agency is hiring for a client specialized in the automotive vehicle trade. We're seeking a VEHICLE WARRANTY OPERATOR (M/F) to join our team. Your main responsibilities will include customer reception, phone call management, customer advising, vehicle inspection and repair order entry, delivery deadline management, administrative tasks, and warranty management.
This permanent position is based in Reims, requires 39 hours/week (including Saturdays), and suits those holding a Bac Pro or BTS in industrial vehicle maintenance, boasting a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Essential skills include solid mechanical knowledge, multitasking capability, and computer proficiency. A commercial driver's license is a plus.
