Responsibilities include:

• Welcoming and receiving clients in the workshop.
• Maintaining composure and a smile in all situations.
• Scheduling and assigning work to operators, and monitoring interventions.
• Developing the sales of products and services.
• Ensuring the return of the vehicle to the client.
• Contributing to revenue growth and operational margin increase of the workshop.
• Adhering to and enforcing hygiene and safety standards.
