As a Commercial Advisor, your primary goals will be to foster customer loyalty and meet commercial targets through various initiatives:
- Strengthen and expand your assigned network of agents.
- Support agents in achieving their sales goals.
- Ensure comprehensive commercial coverage of your designated area.
- Welcome and advise clients on products.
- Promote and sell vehicles and services.
- Build long-term client relationships to achieve sales objectives.
- Conduct teleprospecting using provided customer files and handle commercial leads.
- Expand your client and business indicator portfolio.
- Implement merchandising in sales areas (layout and cleanliness, clarity of offer and prices).
- Review contracts and authorize purchase orders.
Recommended Training: High school diploma to 2 years of college in commerce, CQP salesperson.
Skills: Proficiency in Office Suite.
Experience: Preferable experience in automobile sales.
Abilities:
- General: Confidentiality, discretion, loyalty, integrity, teamwork spirit, curiosity, problem identification, diligence, self-confidence, critical thinking, political acumen, possesses a valid driving license (Category B).
