Business Developer for Service & Spare Parts (M/F)

As part of the Services department, your role is to ensure the performance and reliability of our industrial clients' equipment by strategically developing our maintenance and Spare Parts sales activities across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East (EMEA). Not just a salesperson, but also the technical and strategic advisor to our clients.
1. Technical Consulting and Service Contract Sales
- Act as a business expert to advise clients on their maintenance strategies (preventive, predictive, corrective) and spare parts stock management.
- Detect, negotiate and sign high-value complex maintenance and spare parts contracts.
- Drive the sales and commercial development of the defined aftermarket products and services portfolio.
2. International Business Development
- Establish and execute a highly supported client visit program with frequent travel (approx. 50% of the time).
- Develop and manage our network of agents and business partners in target countries, providing them with high-level technical and commercial support.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and key industry events.
Bachelor's or Master's degree with at least 5 years in a similar role. Possibility for remote work with 5 days in the office monthly.
