As part of the Maintenance Direction, the mechanic is responsible for maintaining a fleet of vehicles (all models and energy types) while adhering to the Group's applicable safety standards. Their role supports operational and environmental performance fulfillment and commits to safety, quality, and timely compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnosis: Identify fault origins using specific tools (diagnostic case) and document observations.
- Vehicle Intervention: Perform preventive, curative, and regulatory interventions on vehicles with quality and deadline adherence. Log all interventions in the CMMS.
- Maintenance: Keep the workplace clean, conduct controls, adjustments, and participate in audits and vehicle restorations.
- Risk Prevention: Implement and encourage adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies, advocating for risk prevention.
- Logistics Management: Handle parts inventory through CMMS tools and participate in stock inventories.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in heavy vehicle mechanics and significant experience.
- Strong knowledge of safety standards, diagnostic tools, and measurement instruments.
- Analytical, organized, autonomous, with a mastery of mechanical, electronic, hydraulic, and electrical domains.
