In this role, you'll be central to the proper functioning of the vehicle fleet and workshop organization. You'll be involved in planning and executing maintenance, as well as leading the team and optimizing practices.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintenance and monitoring of buses
- Organizing and leading the mechanics team
- Vehicle preparation for regulatory inspections
- Managing suppliers and inventory of parts and consumables
- Updating technical documentation and regulatory files
- Proposing and implementing improvements for the workshop
