Job description

Join Manpower Luxembourg as an experienced and skilled bodyworker to enhance their workshop. You'll contribute to vehicle body repair and restoration, ensuring high-quality workmanship and optimal customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

  • Damage assessment: Evaluate vehicle damage and determine necessary repairs.
  • Bodywork repair: Straighten, deboss, weld, and replace damaged elements.
  • Surface preparation: Sand, clean, and apply anti-corrosion treatments before painting.
  • Assembly and adjustment: Reassemble and adjust body parts for perfect alignment.

Profile requirements:

  • Significant experience in bodywork.
  • Knowledge of repair techniques and materials used (metal, aluminum, composites).
  • Precision, meticulousness, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a team and adhere to safety instructions.
  • Good physical condition and ability to work in various positions.

Technical skills:

  • Mastery of straightening, debossing, and welding.
  • Ability to identify and correct bodywork defects.
  • Aesthetic sense and impeccable quality of finish.
