Job description
We are looking for a Bodyworker/Painter M/F for our Volkswagen, Seat, Skoda Arras dealership, on a permanent contract.
Position Details
- Duration: 40h, Monday to Friday
- Perks: Attendance bonus (up to 500 euros annually) + productivity bonus (0 to 300 euros)
- Benefits: Meal vouchers of 8 euros + health insurance + VALAUTO benefits (equivalent to employee discount)
- Start Date: Immediate
Responsibilities
- Perform all bodywork and painting interventions.
- Diagnose deformations of an accident vehicle and work on structural elements.
- Carry out the entire painting process, from surface preparation to application of finishing coats.
- Control non-conformities and make necessary adjustments.
- Work in compliance with current procedures: writing ORs, ISO guidelines, using PPE, waste sorting, maintaining the workstation.
About You
- Background in dual training in bodywork and painting.
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Ideally, holder of a B driving license.
- Detail-oriented, organized, meticulous, and skilled in various body and painting processes with an eye for aesthetics and adherence to production standards.
