Responsibilities:
- Manual or electric sanding to correct imperfections.
- Applying finishing putty to fill scratches.
- Surface preparation and priming.
- Paint preparation and application using a spray gun in a booth.
- Maintenance of equipment post-use.
1-2 years' experience is ideal but beginners with motivation to work in a team are welcome! Competitive pay based on experience, plus 20% bonus at contract end, healthcare plan, and overtime possibilities.
