Job description
As part of the workshop team, you will be responsible for:
- Diagnosing complex faults (electrical, electronic, or mechanical)
- Ensuring proper maintenance and updating of diagnostic tools
- Performing required vehicle interventions (repairs, servicing, maintenance)
- Drafting and sending Product Incident Cards to technical services
- Communicating with the manufacturer’s technical platforms
- Conducting test drives before and after vehicle interventions with clients when needed
- Documenting and ordering spare parts
- Ensuring compliance with the manufacturer's repair methodologies
- Maintaining the provided tools to carry out your duties
- Participating in achieving the service department's quality and profitability targets
