In the context of our development, Olinn is recruiting an Automotive Technical Platform Operator M/F for its long-term rental activity. Located in Aix en Provence, full-time and permanent position, you will join a team of two people, including the platform manager. Your primary role will be handling incoming calls from our partners and clients to ensure the expected quality of service and customer satisfaction. Main Responsibilities: - Handle incoming calls from suppliers and clients. - Manage the opening and follow-up of maintenance and assistance agreements. - Assist clients with their maintenance and assistance case follow-ups and inform them about the subscribed services and their operations. - Verify the compliance of invoices according to established agreements. - Validate supplier invoices to authorize payment. - Manage recall campaigns initiated by manufacturers. - Contribute to the continuous improvement and proper functioning of the service.
