Job Description: As part of our business development, we're seeking an Automotive Sales Advisor. Reporting to the Site Director, your main mission will be to ensure and enhance sales of vehicles, financing, and additional products to an existing portfolio.

Your Responsibilities:

• Listen and analyze specific customer needs to propose an adapted commercial offer.
• Present the range of vehicles to customers.
• Negotiate sales, potential trade-ins, and advise on additional services.
• Ensure delivery deadlines are met and follow up with clients.
• Promote brand commercial actions to clients.
• Build customer loyalty.

Desired Profile: We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience as a used or new car salesperson, autonomy, enthusiasm, rigor, a taste for challenges, excellent listening skills, and teamwork. Customer satisfaction is a priority, and you understand financing levers perfectly. Mastery of sales techniques, telemarketing, and client follow-up is essential.
