Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer files according to the schedule, ensuring accuracy with parts and equipment.
- Prepare necessary materials for in-shop or on-location service jobs.
- Perform cutting-edge repairs and replacements of glass components.
- Maintain customer satisfaction through effective vehicle return management.
- Keep the workshop and tools organized and clean.
A driver's license is required, and a background in mechanics or bodywork is advantageous.
