In the Renault network, who will you become tomorrow?
Mission
- Diagnose complex breakdowns (electrical, electronic, or mechanical).
- Ensure correct use and updating of diagnostic tools.
- Perform vehicle repairs, maintenance, and servicing.
- Write and transmit Product Incident Sheets (FIC) to technical services.
- Communicate with the manufacturer's technical platforms.
- Conduct vehicle tests before and after intervention, alongside the client if needed.
- Document and order spare parts.
- Ensure compliance with the manufacturer's repair methodologies.
- Maintain tools to accomplish your tasks.
- Contribute to achieving service objectives (quality and profitability).
Profile
- Hold a degree equivalent to Bac +2 to Bac +3.
- Have 2 to 3 years of experience in automotive after-sales.
- Possess computer and diagnostic knowledge.
- Team-minded, curious and demanding.
- Rigorous and focused on customer satisfaction.
- Holder of a driving license B.
