• Conduct mechanical and electronic diagnostics to identify the source of customer issues.
• Perform complex technical operations.
• Ensure the quality of interventions.
• Adhere to manufacturer-recommended methods.
• Represent the values of the Group.
• Fulfill clients' needs and expectations.
• Advise and assist workshop staff and Client Advisors with your extensive expertise.
• Be the technical reference on electric and hybrid vehicles, their technologies, and related legislation.

Desired Profile

With a background in automotive mechanical expertise (e.g., COTECH, CQP expert technician in after-sales, diagnostic technician, Automotive Electrician/Electronic Technician, automotive maintenance), you have initial successful experience.

You have a natural inclination for this type of role. Your interpersonal skills and service-oriented approach are your strengths.

Persevering, curious, and versatile, you can solve logical problems meticulously. You are proficient in computer and office tools.
