Under the supervision of the Quality Service Manager, you will ensure the detection, documentation, and understanding of client incidents. Your role will contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction throughout the product lifecycle by supporting problem-solving and capitalization pilots. You'll identify technical product causes and process issues using technical analysis methods and collaborate with designers, manufacturers, and suppliers to find solutions. You will document and share analysis findings with those implementing solutions and draft a processing file, including technical analysis conclusions. Key Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (BAC+2) in electrical or electronic fields with a passion for quality. Capable of proposing solutions and adaptable, you're recognized for your analytical and deductive skills. Proficient in IT and digital tools, knowledgeable in quality problem-solving tools and methodologies (QC Story, 8D, 5 Why, etc.).
