• Represent a prestigious brand, building trust and closeness with clients.
• Welcome clients, provide advice, and finalize new vehicle transactions including financing and service contracts.
• Ensure the perfect application of manufacturer’s commercial policy (volume, loyalty products, and service quality).
• Actively contribute to client loyalty, organize prospecting, and execute follow-up operations with marketing support.
• Collaborate as a team to achieve store sales and customer satisfaction goals.
