• Examine upcoming repair cases, ensuring you understand customer concerns and have the necessary parts.
• Plan routes, prepare parts, load the vehicle, and visit customers to service vehicles, consistently meeting daily client targets.
• Provide an excellent mobile service experience, exceeding customer expectations by going the extra mile.
• Educate customers on technical information and general vehicle use.
• Perform basic repairs such as interior component replacement, general maintenance, charging issues, alert analysis, and more.
