As the Automotive Fleet Manager, you will oversee and optimize the vehicles used by the company's teams. You will ensure their proper functioning, compliance with regulations, and rigorous cost management.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintenance and Monitoring: Plan and supervise vehicle maintenance, repairs, and regular checks, ensuring their availability.
• Budget Management: Establish and monitor fleet-related budgets, analyze costs, and identify improvement areas to optimize spending.
• Fleet Organization: Manage vehicle allocation and usage to maximize operational efficiency.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure vehicles meet safety standards and current regulations.
• Supplier Contracts: Negotiate, monitor, and optimize contracts with service providers (maintenance, insurance, rental).
• Training and Support: Train employees on best driving practices and provide technical support in case of incidents or breakdowns.

You have at least 2 years of experience managing a fleet of vehicles, ideally in a technical setting. You have a solid understanding of automotive maintenance basics (servicing, repairs, accidents). Methodical and rigorous, you can manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining priorities. You're proficient in both written and spoken communication and can collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. A strong command of office tools and fleet management software is essential (Excel, ERP). Location: Erstein Contract: Permanent, 35 hours per week.
