Job description
- Identify faults and establish precise diagnostics (mechanical, electrical, electronic)
- Perform interventions with customer satisfaction as a priority
- Complete repair orders and associated documents diligently
- Evaluate rights to manufacturer warranty or commercial participation
- Provide advice and technical support to the workshop team and clients
Qualifications:
- Holder of a BTS in automotive mechanics
- At least 5 years’ experience as an Automobile Expert Technician.
- Passionate about the automotive industry
- Rigorous, punctual, and autonomous
- Strong team spirit and excellent collaboration skills
