Job description
As part of the workshop team, you'll be responsible for:
- Performing diagnostics on complex malfunctions (electrical, electronic, or mechanical)
- Ensuring tools used for diagnostics are updated and well-maintained
- Carrying out requested vehicle interventions (repair, servicing, maintenance)
- Writing and submitting incident reports (FIC) to technical services
- Communicating with manufacturer technical platforms
- Conducting vehicle tests with the client if necessary, before and after intervention
- Documenting and ordering spare parts
- Ensuring compliance with manufacturer repair methodologies
- Maintaining the tools entrusted to you for your tasks
- Contributing to the service's quality and profitability goals
