Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues
- Maintain and update diagnostic tools
- Perform requested vehicle interventions (repair, maintenance)
- Document and report incidents
- Liaise with manufacturer tech platforms
- Conduct vehicle tests with clients when necessary
- Order replacement parts and ensure repair methodologies are observed
- Help achieve service quality and profitability goals
Requirements
- Diploma: Bac +2 to Bac +3
- 2-3 years of post-sales automotive experience
- IT and diagnostic skills
- Strong team spirit, curiosity, and client satisfaction focus
- Valid driver's license
